Short-term romances
As before, these won't affect any long-term romances.
Rise of the Hutt Cartel: Cytharat (all Imperial males) and Lemda Avesta (all Republic characters)
CZ-198: Eva Kaayz (all Imperial characters)
Jedi Under Siege/Onslaught/Legacy of the Sith: Major Anri (all Imperial characters)
Showdown on Ruhnuk/Chains in the Dark/Desperate Defiance: Lane Vizla (all characters)
Long-term romances
These are slightly more complicated than just picking [Flirt] options. There are certain conditions you have to meet if you want to take any of these romance options, which I'll explain in a bit.
Forged Alliances/Shadow of Revan: Theron Shan (all characters) and Lana Beniko (all characters)
Knights of the Fallen Empire: Koth Vortena (all characters)
Knights of the Eternal Throne: Arcann (all characters) (highlight for spoiler)
Theron and Lana: You can technically start romancing either of them when you first meet them during Forged Alliances, but the game treats them like short-term romances until KotFE Chapter 9.
Koth: Don't let the sun reactor explode in KotFE Chapter 3, don't leave the exiles behind in Chapter 4, choose him over Senya when prompted to bring one of them with you in Chapter 7, and don't let Kaliyo blow up the Spire (or blow it up yourself) in Chapter 10.
Arcann: Let him and Senya go in KotFE Chapter 16, choose the "Arcann could be an ally" dialogue option and spare him and Senya in KotET Chapter 1, and choose the [Flirt] option during his Alliance Alert "Unmasked Regret" to properly start romancing him. (highlight for spoilers)
Regarding Koth, Lana, and Theron: Near the end of KotFE Chapter 9, you will meet with them in the cantina and get an opportunity to speak to one of them privately. If you intend to romance one of them, you MUST have flirted with that character at least once during prior KotFE cutscenes (any flirt options you may have taken with Theron or Lana in Shadow of Revan do not count) to get the [Romance Koth, Lana, or Theron] option. You will then speak to the character you chose and can officially begin their romance.
Companions who become romanceable
Certain companions who were previously restricted to only one gender or not romanceable at all can now be romanced by male and female characters of their original class upon their return. The game treats these as long-term romances, and romancing any of them will end any previous long-term romance you may have.
